Your duties will include:
- Reconcile daily end-of-day receipts and prepare bank deposits.
- Record all petty cash activities with appropriate receipt records.
- Process all expense accounts for approval by Store Manager.
- Manage and maintain general office filling system ensuring easy access and availability at all times.
- Process all new associate records as required by Payroll and to create Store Personnel Files.
- Prepare bi-weekly timesheet summaries for approval by Store Manager. Approved summaries are forwarded to payroll for processing.
- Answer telephone in a courteous manner and if necessary re-direct call to appropriate department.
What does it take to get on track?
- Work experience in an Accounting, Bookkeeping or general office environment.
- Exercise a good sense of responsibility. Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter.
- Exercise a professional attitude.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Demonstrate good organizational skills.
- Ability to work with deadlines.
- Good working knowledge of computers.
